Skirt Steak for Fajita

  • 12 oz. skirt steak
  • Juice of 1 1/2 limes
  • 3 cloves of garlic (smushed)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Ground sea salt & pepper

Prep Time

Sprinkle steak with salt & pepper. Marinade the skirt steak in the olive oil, lime juice combo with smushed garlic cloves. Let marinade for at least 1 – 2 hours (more if you have time). Grill outdoors or on a grill pan to desired doneness.
