“I now do the exercises I learned during the parent workshop at PS 157. I do not have a lot of time to exercise, but I learned how to fit it in. For example, I will take a break from cleaning and do crunches.  Not only have I started exercising, but my daughter has started exercising during commercials when she is watching t.v.  In addition to exercising, my children are now reading labels on the back of foods.”
